International care involves sensitive information. These are the principles HealthCY is built around, and what we do and do not do on this website.
Built around permission and clarity
Shared by permission
Each person sees only what their role needs. A clinic receives a case only after the platform team has accepted and assigned it.
Recorded handovers
Every step of a case has an owner and is recorded, so it is clear who did what and what happens next.
Clear about who can see what
Wherever information is shared, the interface says who can see it, in plain words.
No real records in public
This website and its interactive demo use synthetic data only. We never show real patient records or private portal data publicly.
On this website
- No tracking cookies or analytics are used on this website at present.
- Enquiry and release-notification forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and delivered to the HealthCY team by email.
- These forms ask for business contact details only. They never ask for a password, and please do not send patient information through them.
- Our privacy policy explains how contact details are used.
Certifications and compliance
Security and compliance statements are published here only once they have been verified and the evidence is on file. If your organisation has specific requirements, such as a data protection or security questionnaire, contact us and we will reply directly.
